Terms and Conditions

Lemons-Aid Learning Corp.
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Last Updated: May 30, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by Lemons-Aid Learning Corp. (“Lemons-Aid,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Virginia S Corporation. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services include:

  • lemons-aid.com — our website and course storefront
  • The Grove (grove.lemons-aid.com) — our parent, student, teacher, and administrative portal
  • Canvas LMS (lemons-aid.instructure.com) — our learning management system
  • Live classes conducted via Zoom through Canvas

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy (lemons-aid.com/privacy-policy/), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, and by our Tuition and Enrollment Contract, which governs the enrollment relationship for families who enroll in our programs.

2. Who May Use Our Services

Our services are designed for parents, legal guardians, and their children in grades K through 12. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of any learner you enroll.

Learners under the age of 18 may use The Grove and Canvas only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Learner accounts are created and managed by the parent.

Teachers and administrative staff access our platforms under the terms of their employment agreements with Lemons-Aid Learning. Their use of The Grove, Canvas, and related systems is governed by those agreements, not by these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, phone number used for sign-in, and any credentials you set for your child’s account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update your information promptly if it changes. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at su*****@********id.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Christian Mission and Community Standards

Lemons-Aid Learning provides all instruction from a biblical worldview. By using our services, you acknowledge that our curriculum, classroom environment, and community culture reflect Christian principles and values. While families of all backgrounds are welcome, all coursework and community interactions are grounded in our doctrinal statement and Community Guidelines.

Families enrolling in our programs agree to respect our community standards as outlined in the Community Guidelines and Tuition and Enrollment Contract.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Courses and programs are available for purchase through lemons-aid.com. All purchases are subject to the pricing, descriptions, and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or security code on our servers.

Subscriptions. Some courses are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase unless cancelled by the parent before the next billing date. You may cancel a subscription through your account on lemons-aid.com or by contacting us at su*****@********id.com.

ESA and Scholarship Funding. Families using Step Up for Students, ClassWallet, Student First Technologies, Odyssey, or other education savings or scholarship programs are responsible for ensuring their funding is properly authorized and applied. Lemons-Aid will provide documentation required by the applicable program.

Refunds and Withdrawals. Refund and withdrawal policies for pod enrollment are governed by the Tuition and Enrollment Contract. Refund policies for à la carte course purchases are described at the time of purchase. If no refund policy is specified, à la carte purchases are non-refundable once the course has begun.

6. Live Classes and Recordings

Live classes are conducted via Zoom and accessed through Canvas LMS. Learners must be authenticated through Canvas before joining a live class.

All live classes are recorded for educational purposes. Recordings are available to the teacher, enrolled learners in the same class, and their parents for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Because classes include multiple learners, your child may be visible and audible in recordings viewed by other enrolled families in the same class. By enrolling a learner in a class, you consent to their participation in recorded class sessions.

You agree not to record, screenshot, download, or redistribute class recordings or any portion of a live class session without written permission from Lemons-Aid Learning.
