The Sweet Not Sour Guarantee

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

• Full refund available when cancellations are made at least 7 days before a class begins
• Full refund available for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of start date
• Our “Sweet Not Sour Guarantee” allows pod learners to withdraw within the first three weeks for a refund of any unused tuition
• For learners using Education Savings Account (ESA) funds, we comply with all ESA guidelines and rules specific to each individual state
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team
