How Does This Work?

We are a direct pay vendor with New Hampshire and we are integrated in the ClassWallet marketplace. You can either submit receipts for reimbursement, or we can send you an invoice to upload to ClassWallet and release funds to Lemons-Aid directly. Or, you can follow the marketplace instructions below and pay directly with ClassWallet funds. Marketplace Instructions

 

  1. Log into your ClassWallet account on the ClassWallet app.
  2. Navigate to the shopping page, where you will find Lemons-Aid Learning (the list is in alphabetical order).
  3. Click on the Lemons-Aid logo, which will bring you back to this website and you can shop like any other user. You have a specially curated shopping page that includes all courses and services that are pre-approved by your state. Shop from this page only. 
  4. When it’s time to checkout and select the form of payment, the only option displayed is ClassWallet.
  5. Once the ClassWallet checkout button is clicked, you are sent to the ClassWallet site, where a summary of the order is displayed. Click on the checkout button there, and the order is submitted to the vendor’s website, and in the ClassWallet app.
  6. Lemons-Aid will see the completed order in our website administration backend, and the order will also appear for you in your ClassWallet account.
  7. Order status changes to “complete”; Lemons-Aid enrolls the learner and/or ships the product to you.
  8. You receive instructions for accessing the Lemons-Aid online learning platform.

Direct Pay Instructions

    1. Fill out the form below and upload a screenshot, document, or image that shows you are a part of Arizona’s scholarship program.
    2. We will send you a coupon code. 
    3. You will browse the pods and enroll, customizing your pod how you like it. Your coupon code allows you to place the order without making a payment.
    4. We will send you an invoice by email.
    5. Log in to Class Wallet and click “Pay Vendor.” Watch a video tutorial.
    6. Search for Lemons-Aid Learning.
    7. Click the blue “Pay” button. You will upload the invoice to ClassWallet.
    8. Meanwhile, we will enroll your learner and give access to the classrooms.
